This is mixture of my life;

I'm 28 years old, born & raised in the sunny state of Arizona.
I'm an entrepreneur by heart with the passion to help people & bring joy to their life.

I started on a holistic lifestyle a couple years back and it change every aspect of my life since. 

 

YOGA & MEDITATION:
Yoga was something that I started doing as a simple way to move my body; not knowing the impact it would have on my outlook on life. I fell in love with the physical practice of yoga and soon became captivated by the philosophy behind it.
Yoga opened my body, mind, spirit and soul to something I never experienced before.

I enjoy hosting Yoga Challenges on Instagram.

I am a 200 hour registered yoga teacher.

I am also certified to teach restorative yoga.

VEGAN, NUTRITION & AYURVEDA:

I became vegan Summer of 2018.
Something that started as a 30 day challenge has changed to a lifestyle choice.

I don't believe eating animals is natural and know it's possible to make a lifestyle change to not only better your health, but for the animals & our plant as well.

I here to help transition people into a vegan lifestyle or help current vegans maintain a healthy vegan lifestyle with a magical mixture of up to date nutrition advice for a healthy vegan diet & Ayurveda holistic approach. 

I have a diploma in vegan nutrition.

I am an Ayurveda Specialist.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP:

I was fired from my 9-5 job after being there for 3 years.

I was miserable going to work everyday to barely have enough money at the end of the month.  I had credit card debt like no other, no energy and thought I was going to spend the rest of my life living like that. 

I decided to not go back to a "normal job" every again.

My boyfriend & I started an event planning business together in 2015.

There is something so magical about being your own boss, setting your own hours & have the TIME & FINANCIAL freedom to do whatever you want. 
I'm proud to say we have a 6-figure business.

We get paid to party, it's a pretty amazing job.

Lots of hard work, but I'm now debt free, have the time freedom to do what I love,

while still learning & creating new ways to build my wealth & add value to myself.
